Getting Around

  Ukraine is a country in Eastern Europe that lies at the northwest end of the Black Sea and is bounded by Russia on the east, on the north by Belarus, Poland to the northwest, on the west are Slovakia and Hungary, and to the southwest by Romania with Moldova in between.  Ukrayina is the national name of the country with Kyiv as the capital city.  Its customs is heavily influenced by Christianity, the dominant religion in the country.  The cultures in western and eastern neighbors are reflected in Ukrainian’s architecture, music and art.
 

Plane

   

it may be far expensive when you travel from one Ukraine city to another nevertheless, it is much more comfortable and lessens the headache/s whilst traveling e.g. crowded or noisy passenger/s.

 

Train

   

this is the most popular mode of transportation if you want to travel around the major cities in Ukraine.  It is cheaper, convenient and much faster especially if you are in a hurry.

 

Buses

   

if you want to save extra hryvnia without minding the time, take a bus.  It is mostly frequented by locals.  Buses serve almost every metropolis and small urban places.  They are ideal for short trips in the outskirts of major cities not serve by trains.

 

Car

   

there are several big hotels that provide car rentals.  You should secure an International Driving Permit to take a tour around the city.  And remember drive right and defensively to avoid accidents.
